OPEN Board Member

I support initiatives aimed at improving responsible leadership, currently in health, food, construction education, finance and government sectors. I host writing retreats, teach courses, coach and mentor people in challenging roles and also act as mentor to OD professionals. I write books and articles, and go sailing whenever I can.

Why am I an OPEN fellow?

To figure out how to live together in our one beautiful planet.

How can I help change agents?

The help I can offer depends on the particular circumstances you are in, what you need, and the quality of the relationship between us. I may be most useful helping with detailed strategy and design of actions and interventions, or better placed as a mentor and critical friend. Sometimes I can make useful links to others, offer specialist training in organising and leading, or carry out background or evaluative research.
