Exploring the inner dimensions of change , and the associated contemplative and other practices required, to help birth a future that is just and good for people and the planet. It is our collective mindsets and heartsets that shape the world for better or worse, hence the importance of inner change for the outer world.
Introduction
Professor of Sustainable Business, and Regenerative Entrepreneurship, with degrees from the universities of Westminster; Oxford; and East Anglia; and a Diploma in Education from the Royal Society of Arts (RSA). He has worked as a Director of international development and conservation, on programmes in Nepal, Rwanda, Kenya, Cameroon and Western Europe. For 27 years he was a Director at WWF International, leading on Forest Conservation and Management; Sustainable Development; Corporate Relations; Business Partnerships; and Higher Education. Jean-Paul is co-founder of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC); the award-winning One Planet MBA, developed with the University of Exeter; and Founding President of OPEN for Business (One Planet Education Networks). He is Visiting Professor at Business School Lausanne, Switzerland; Fribourg School of Management (HEG), Fribourg, Switzerland; and formerly at Audencia School of Management, Nantes, France. Jean-Paul is also a lifelong student of the world’s wisdom traditions with experience designing and leading education programmes, experiential learning workshops, and contemplative retreats. He is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction trainer (MBSR) registered with The Yoga Alliance; and a qualified English Language teacher.
