I am passionate about the sea and everything that surrounds a flowing atmosphere. I am committed to my/our spiritual evolution, as well as, to learning and combining theory and practice, by connecting organizational knowledge dynamics and virtues.

OPEN Board Member

Raysa G. Rocha is a Researcher and Vice-coordinator of Personal Development at NECE Research Center, and a lecturer in Management and Marketing courses at UBI. She has been a project manager for various Erasmus Plus projects. Her research has been published in Journal of Business Ethics, Social Responsibility Journal, Journal of Management, Spirituality & Religion, VINE Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems, and others. Raysa has co-organized mini tracks on knowledge dynamics and organizational spirituality for the past three years at the European Knowledge Management Conference. Her research focuses on organizational spirituality and knowledge dynamics, emphasizing their potential for a practically wise organization.

Why am I an OPEN fellow?

Because I am passionate about research and teaching practices that lead to a humanized strategy for long-term sustainable performance and shared value. Thus, I am committed to challenging outdated ideas about how organizations create value. And to disseminate OPEN mission.

How can I help change agents?

By getting involved with OPEN activities. I can support knowledge sharing and creation and data analysis, for example. Also, I can offer my energy and time to OPEN connecting with people who are passionate about change for sustainability.
