Professional Experience

Professor of Sustainable Enterprise, Unity College, August 2012- Present

Teaching management, leadership and sustainable enterprise, in addition to an innovative and transdisciplinary approach called “management across the curriculum”, engaging students in developing skills, knowledge and attributes that enable them to be effective managers, innovators and problem solvers in nonprofits, business and the public sector. Current research includes positive organizational practices and attributes that result in successful sustainable businesses, local leadership for sustainability, and the effectiveness of undergraduate leadership academic programming on employment effectiveness.
